FREE UK DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £60 (MAINLAND UK ONLY)
Standard delivery - £3.95 (for any orders under £60.00)
Delivery
- We aim to dispatch your delivery within 2 working days (excluding bank holidays)
- Small parcels (up to 2kg) will be sent by Royal Mail (normally delivered within 2-3 working days from day of despatch)
- Larger parcels (weighing over 2kg) will be sent by Royal Mail (normally delivered within 2-3 working days from day of despatch).
Next Day Delivery - £8.95 (No Minimum Order Value Applies)

- Order before midday Monday to Friday for next day Delivery.
- Any orders received during the weekend or bank holidays will be sent the next working day.
- Please be aware that in unforeseen circumstances out of our control this service may not be guaranteed such as weather conditions or strikes.

Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Parcels that have been undelivered due to rejection, missed, or failed delivery due to incorrect details being supplied for delivery, the item/s cost will only be refunded. This is to cover the postage cost incurred for sending out the item/s.
The full cost of returning the item/goods will be covered by you the customer, we do not cover this expense. The goods being returned will need to be packaged in the same manner as received, to ensure the goods are protected in transit.

Damaged items
If an item you receive is damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot be held responsible after this time. We will require you to send us photos of the damaged items within 48 hours of you letting us know about the damaged item so we can claim the damages back from our couriers. Exceptions / non-returnable items - Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or gift cards cannot be refunded. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We aim to process refunds within 72 hours of receiving returned goods. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
